Richard K. Barrett is the Managing Partner and Founder of Barrett & Associates, L.P. Mr. Barrett’s areas of expertise includes but is not limited to all areas of Taxation (Estate, Corporate, Personal, Sales, etc.), Business Start-up, Entity Structuring, Business Consulting and “Troubled” Company Consulting.
Mr. Barrett holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Trinity University and is an active participant in the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants, Institute of Management Accountants and the National Society of Accountants.
Lisa Sabatino joined Barrett & Associates, L.P. in January 2010. She has recently been promoted to partner and is Vice President of Corporate Taxation and Accounting Operations. Prior to joining the firm, Lisa’s vast experience encompassed around individual and Corporate Tax with and extensive work in GAAP Related activities.
Mrs. Sabatino graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cabrini College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics. She continued her education at Villanova University earning a Certificate of Accountancy with Honors.
